- Now press the “New Job Openings” link.
- On the next page press the “State Health Society (Haryana) invites online applications from B.A.M.S. Degree Holders for 328 posts of Mid Level Health Providers-cum-Community Health Officers (MLHPs-cum-CHOs) on contract basis under National Health Mission (Apply Online)” link.
- Notification details will appear at your screen, read the notification details carefully.
- Press the appropriate link to apply online.
- Fill the application form as per the rules.
- Upload the required documents.
- Pay the application fee and submit the form.
- At last print a copy of the submitted form for future use.
