Procedure for IELTS Online Registration 2019:
- First and the foremost step is to visit the official website of the British Council that is www.britishcouncil.in
- Thereafter take a cursor towards “Take an Exam” top menu bar and hit on “IELTS” link.
- Now hit on “IELTS registration” link from the right side of the page.
- A page will be opened from where you have to press “Register for IELTS now” link.
- Now you have to select the “Date”,” Town/City” and “Module” now press the “find” button.
- Thereafter fill the application form in the as per the terms and conditions provided by the organization.
- Pay the fee and submit the form.
- At last, take a print out of the receipt and keep it same for the future use.
Important:
You must courier the following to IDP head office-
- Photocopy first and last page of your passport.
- A hard copy of conformation of application attain at the time of filling application form.

Method - II:
- Take offline application form and fill it in the prescribed manner.
- Sign the terms and conditions form.
- Attach the Photocopy first and last page of your passport.
- Pay the fee, through Credit card or Debit card / ATM card, or by demand draft drawn in favor of "IDP EDUCATION INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, Payable at New Delhi".
- Now request the IDP branch staff to register your application form in the online system and must ensure to demand acknowledgement of your booking.
