Educational Qualification:
·         Dy. Chief Financial Officer: Qualified Associated Chartered Accountant from ICAI. Along with this they should have at least 5 years of experience in handling finance accounts functions.
·         Chief of Personnel: Master’s degree in business administration and minimum 5 years of experience in personnel management/ HR.
·         Synthetic Flight Instructor: Post graduation in relevant discipline from any recognized university; they must have some years of experience in the specific field.
·         Manager Sales and Marketing/ Manager MMD/ Station Managers: Graduation degree and at least 5 years of experience in relevant discipline.
·         Manager Corporate Communication: Post graduate diploma in mass communication and also have minimum 5 years of experience in relevant discipline.
·         Technical Assistants: AME Diploma and 3 years AME training course completion certificate. Along with this they should have 1 year of experience in CAMO/ QC/ PPC office only.


Relaxation in age will be applicable by 5 years for SC/ ST aspirants and 3 years for OBC candidates as per the norms of the organization.

Remuneration Details:
·         For Dy. Chief Financial Officer/ Chief of Personnel: Receive Rs. 80,000/-.
·         For Manager Sales and Marketing/ Manager MMD/Manager Corporate Communication/ Station Managers is fixed to Rs. 42,000/-.
·         For Technical Assistant receive Rs. 18,000/-.
·         For the post of Synthetic Flight Instructor is Rs. 4,000/- per hour
·         For Station Manager Post will get extra Rs. 10,000/- as perks.

·         Contenders have to appear in the Technical Knowledge Test
