CIDCO Announced New Housing Scheme
2016 in Taloja, Navi Mumbai
CIDCO (City and Industrial
Development Corporation of Maharashtra) is decided to launch CIDCO new housing
scheme 2016 for various categories of the society such as Economical Weaker
Section, Lower Income Group, Medium Income Group and Higher Income Group.
Earlier CIDCO had developed Navi
Mumbai areas like Nerul, kharghar, kamothe, kalamboli, ulwe and karanjade. By
seeing the work peoples are confident to be a part in the upcoming projects of
the areas.
CIDCO is ready to launch new lottery for Taloja and included
new housing project for EWS and LIG.
Last year authority have received a very
good response of the scheme and huge number of application from all across of
Maharashtra, so after this CIDCO has planned to other housing projects in Navi
Mumbai and Taloja.
Till date CIDCO has constructed 1,23,577 houses and has
planned to construct 10000 every year. Total divisions are as follows 51%
houses are for EWS/LIG, 26% are for MIG and 23% are for HIG category. CIDCO has
fulfilled the drams of a huge number of people by constructing housing project
such as Unnati, Seawoods Estate, Millannium Tower etc.
Recently organization has announced a project of Taloji, so
guys who want to be a part of this scheme get ready for it as the scheme is not
launched yet so you have chance to avail the service and get a house of your
own.
