Contenders who have cleared the JEE Main
cutoff as decided by the JAC Delhi rules and scored minimum 60% marks in 10+2
standard they are invited to register themselves for JAC Delhi Counselling 2017
by submitting the JAC Delhi Application Form on or before the last
date. Online application submission for Joint Academic Counselling Delhi will
be started from the next day of JEE Mains Result declaration and the result will declare on 27th April.
JAC Delhi offers admissions of eligible and
talented contenders for the BE, B.Tech and B.Arch and JAC Delhi
2017 conducts the common counselling process for the admissions. This
counselling is done for the UG candidate who wishes to apply for the various
engineering programs offered by the university. Seats will be allotted on the
basis of JEE Mains scorecard and their academic performance till 10+2 standard.
Joint Admission Counselling for DTU, IGDTUW,
IIITD and NSIT will be conducted by jacdelhi.nic.in. Four engineering
colleges in Delhi, conduct joint counselling for admission in
B.E./B.Tech./B.Arch. courses. This make it easier for students from Delhi, as
well as outside Delhi to apply for engineering admissions in DTU, IGDTUW, IIIT
Delhi and NSIT. Online counselling will commence after declaration of JEE
Main Rank.

Counselling for DTU, IGDTUW, IIITD, NSIT

Counselling for the DTU and
IGDTUW will be conducted in 3-4 online rounds of counselling.

There are 3-4 rounds of online
counselling for admission to the IIITD subject to the availability of the seats
after each round of counselling.
·
In case of availability of
seats in DTU, NSIT, IIITD and IGDTUW, there may be a on the spot round counselling.
·
No admission under any
circumstances will be offered after the admission procedure is over.

Admission in B. E. / B. Tech.
Courses in DTU, IGDTUW and NSIT will be based pn All India Rank in JEE (Main) –
2017 Paper-I.
·
Admission in B. Arch. Course in
IGDTUW will be based on All India Rank in JEE (Main) – 2017 Paper-II.
·
Admission in IIIT-D will be
based on (i) total marks obtained in Paper 1 of JEE (Main)-2017 and normalized
score in Class 12th as provided by JEE (60% & 40% weightage respectively)
and (ii) bonus marks which are given for achievements in various areas like
Olympiads, Programming Contest, National Talent Search, Sports, Culture, Chess,
Innovation etc.
