Counseling session is the important session
for every candidate who ever qualifies the entrance exam of any respected
college or University. Student must care about it because in this process
he/she have to choose the colleges in order to acquire the education that they
want. This is not difficult session, it is a just simple few step are required
in this session that should be properly so that one can select the college of

In this session student have collect all
documents and papers for verifications because before selection of college the
committee take verifies you and then let you to proceed further. This session
is crucial to allow students to make them aware of career perspectives as well
as the problems they face, the proper mess services, infrastructure, hostels and
also their facilities about colleges.
Procedures
In counseling session requires few steps to
make selection for college as per career perspective. So, following are the
step that should care about it.

Step-1 : Candidate Verification
This is first step were
candidate is verified required for counseling process. Here candidate sometimes
have to register themselves for particular course and sometime student have to
pay some amount for registration. After registering it a unique id will
generated and will appear in front of you. Student requires to takes this
information will them and report to counseling office or place there officer’s
tally this information to databases of student. If the match found then proceed
to next otherwise register again.

Step-2 : Document Verification
After candidate
verification, students are required for verify their documents. Every student
have to collect all document as per requirement go to the centers and verify.
Student must read all instruction carefully which is posted in the particular
organization website for requirement of documents. Generally, students have to
show your original certificates and documents to the concerned authorities.
Make sure you carry all the documents along with you. The following are a common

Step-3 : College Selection
After completing all verification steps then candidates are allowed for selection of college of their choice. Here student can select the college of their own choice or priority wise in order to pursue the degree. Student make sure, before selection of college find out all information of that college because after sometime student might have problems that they face, the proper mess services, infrastructure, hostels and also their facilities about colleges etc. Students are required to choose the college on the basis
of their rank obtained in the entrance exam.

Step-4 : Seats Allotment
After selecting a college if
seats are available then student can a lock their seats in respective college.
Student has to check the status of seats allotment so that student does not
miss any chance of leaving good college. The student who made the election of
college and the rank issued by the authority of organization, you may allot
with seat from their chosen colleges. Be determined and then make selection
accordingly.

Step-5: Reservation of Seats
If student is satisfied
with college and course that they want to pursue can lock the seats or reserve
their seat in the college for admission. Sometime student were asked to pay
some amount in order to lock the seat in college. After locking it your seat
will fixed and then you can proceeds further steps for admission criteria in
college. If student have got selected college than immediate reserve your seat
as many of student are might be applied for the same. So, don’t waste time lock
your seat and proceed further. If you don’t get college for your choice then

Step-6: Fee Structure
Student who allotted the
seat in the college can move further. Now they can pay the fee of college as
per requirement or first installment of fee through DD or cash etc as per
requirements. In most cases, the students would receive Challan for payment of
fee for allotment of seats in a particular college of their choice. For Challan
payment, a particular bank is given the responsibility to look after the
payment procedure and receiving’s. Often the fee structure changes every year
and you have to be aware of it before you appear for counseling process. Do not
forget to collect the details of the fee beforehand. There some exception cases
for physically challenged student are made as per rule by the organizations. While
filling the Challan form please make sure that you are denoting all the

Step-7: Report to College
After completing all above
steps student can report the college at given date for class and studies.
Student have to report with allotment order as well as receipt of fee payment
the candidates would report to particular colleges on the specific date
announced admission cell. If you are unable to attend the counseling process,
the seat allotted to the particular students is cancelled and that seat will
refer to another student who applied for that college. However there are few
universities or institutes that allow two or three counseling opportunities
depending on the total number of vacant seats being available at present or as
per requirements.
