The Directorate of Technical Education, Assam is going to conduct
ASSAM Joint Admission Test 2016
for the admission in various Undergraduate
Medical, Engineering, Dental, Ayurvedic and Regional Dental Courses in Colleges
/ Institutions.
The ASSAM JAT 2016 Application Form will be available at the
official website from the April month and the test will organized in the first
week of June 2016

JAT 2016:
Examination
Authority: Directorate of Technical Education, Assam
Courses Available: The
authority conducts admission test for various UG Courses under Medical,
Engineering, Dental, and Ayurvedic and Regional Dental streams of education.
Duration of Test: 03
Hrs.
Application fee:
Aspirants have to pay application fee as per applied courses
as mentioned below.
For Engineering
Courses: Rs. 900/-
For BDS & MBBS
Courses: Rs. 900/-
For Engineering &
Medical Courses both: Rs. 1100/-
Who can apply?
By qualification:
Aspirants must intermediate or 10+2 or equivalent
qualification in relevant stream from CBSE or any other recognized State board
of Education.
By age:
Aspirants must possess age limit of 17 years to 27 years.
Admission Process:
Aspirants will get select on the basis of the merit list
based on the JAT 2016 Exam.
