Pradhan Mantri Rozgar
Yojana
Prime minister of India released a scheme on 15th august
1993 for the jobless youth of India. This program is giving
the jobs for
million jobless educated youth who had been searching job from many years. This
scheme is known as Prime Minister Rozgar Yojana. Officially the Scheme
has been started on 2nd October 1993 in the country. That was a great step in favor of every
citizen of India.
Objectives:
The main objectives of this program are to give employment
to over million educated jobless youth who directly gain advantage of this program.
This program is mainly tends to self employments schemes in not only govt field
but also in non government field. This program also gives every financial
support to the Indian citizen who wishes to start their own business in their
relative field.
Coverage of this program:
The scheme starts for urban region in starting in 1993 but
since then it become executed to every region and every age of person not only
for educated youth but also for uneducated experienced persons also. the
current self-employment Scheme for the Educated Unemployed Youth (SEEUY) will
be included in PMRY.
Eligibility:
Any Indian citizen belongs to any region if he is
jobless whether rural or urban satisfying the subsequent circumstances will be
entitled for aid.
Qualification:
Any person who has Matric (conceded or failed) or ITI
conceded or having done Govt. funded technical classes for a least period of
six months is eligible to under Pradhan Mantri Rozgar Yojana 2017.
Age:
Any person between the ages of 18 years to 40 years comes to
eligibility.
For the candidates of SC/ST have 5 years benefits as per
govt rule.
Residency:
Permanent resident of the region for minimum of three 3
years Document such as Ration Card would comprise enough evidence for this
intention. If person possess any other document of resident proof other than
ration card is also applicable.
Family income:
A person whose annual income is about Maximum Rs.40, 000/-
yearly Family would signify spouse & parents of the recipient & family
earnings would comprise earnings from all resource, whether, salary, pay,
retirement fund, farming, business, lease etc.
Defaulter:
Person must not be a
nonpayer to any national bank/fiscal organization/co-operative store.
Reservation:
The reservation is applicable for SC/ST 22.5%
And reservation is also applicable 27% for Other Backward
Classes (OBCs).
