- Now pews the “Online Applications” link from the top menu bar of the home page.
- On the next page press the “Directorate, Ayurveda Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani Siddha and Homeopathy, (AYUSH) Chhattisgarh for Pharmacist Grade 03 Online (MCQ) Recruitment Examination-2019” link.
- On the next page press the appropriate link for notification.
- Notification PDF will appear at your screen, read the notification details carefully.
- Now press the “Online Application Form- APH19” link.
- Fill the application form, upload the required documents and pay the application fee.
- At last, submit the form and print a copy of the same for future use.
