Maharashtra TET Exam Pattern
Paper 1 Exam Pattern (Class I to V)

  • Five topics in Paper 1 that are Child Development and Pedagogy, Language – I, Language–II, Mathematics, Environmental Studies
  • 150 objective type questions in Paper 1 .
  • Each section will contain 30 questions
  • Questions asked in the exam will be of 1 mark each.
  • Total time given to complete the question paper will be 90 minutes
  • No negative marking will be there.

(a) Language Comprehension – Reading unseen passages – two passages one prose or drama and one poem with questions on comprehension, inference, grammar and verbal ability (Prose passage may be literary, scientific, narrative or discursive.
