Passed 12th of 10+2 level of Secondary education Board, MP
Application Fees (Exam Fee) :
- For Unreserved (UR): Rs. 500/–
- For SC/ST/OBC/ PWD: Rs. 250/-
- 70/- are liable to pay as Portal Fees of MPOnline for online application.
- 40/- are liable to pay as Portal Fess Register Citizen User for Login.
Photo ID proof should be any of the following:
- Voter ID card
- Pan Card
- Aadhaar card
- Driving License
- Marksheet
- Passport

How to fill MP PAT Application Form :
- Eligible candidates may apply online through the website “MPOnline” along with relevant fees between 16 March, 2018 to 30 March, 2018 (both dates inclusive)
- Visit the official site of Madhya Pradesh Vyavsayik Pareeksha Mandal (MP Vyapam)
- On the home page Hit on “MP PAT 2018” link that is available left side.
- Click on appropriate link and press on to apply online link to fill the application form.
- Fill the application form with complete details and upload certificates in respect of his/ her qualification, Caste/ Community certificate, and passport size photographs.
- Submit the application within the given period of time
- At last, take a printout for future need.
