Procedure to fill UP ITI Scholarship 2019 Online Form:

• Follow the below steps and fill the form easily-
• First of all open the official portal scholarship.up.nic.in that is Social Welfare Department Uttar Pradesh
• After reaching the home page you are require to hit the Student tab available at the top menu bar.
• Now select new registration link from the drop down list.
• On the next stage students require to select their cast, here you will find three categories - SC ST, general OBC, and Minority Categories.
• Thereafter an application form will appear at your screen, fill the application form as per the rules.
• Submit the form
• As soon as you submit you will get a notification of, your registration will be done.
• You can print it or take a screenshot or save it or write down the registration number for further use.
• After the successful registration, you have to log in your account with the help of your username and password.
• Upload the scanned copy of required documents.
• Check the details of the application and make the final submitted of filled application form.
• Must ensure to take a hard copy of filled application form as you have to deposit the same at the institution
• Finally students have to submit the Hard Copy of the application form to the Institute
