NCHMCT JEE Counselling 2017 details:

·         NCHMCT JEE 2017 counselling will be conducted for selection of candidates for 3-years B.Sc in hotel management & catering technology.

·         During the time of counseling, you are required to select and lock the choices for colleges. Submit the counseling fee of Rs. 1000/- at the time of registration.

·         There will be three rounds in the counseling process. Seat allotment will be purely based on candidate’s All India Rank (AIR) secured in JEE and option exercised for the colleges.

NCHMCT JEE 2017 Counselling Process

·         NCHMCT JEE counseling 2017 will be conducted by NCHM.

·         Counselling process involves checking the eligibility of candidates, documents verification and option exercising for colleges.

·         Complete counseling process will be conducted on the basis of candidate’s rank in JEE.

·         The process will be divided into three rounds.

·         After the declaration of result in the 3rd week of May 2017, candidates can apply for counseling/admission procedure.

·         Submit Rs.1000/- only as a counseling fee.

·         Fee will be refundable according to the conditions mentioned in the counseling procedure.

·         Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe candidates can avail benefits of the seat reservation facility.

Documents Required at the time of Counselling

Applicants have to produce the following documents at the time of counselling:

·         Class 10th and 12th Marksheet

·         Class 10th and 12th Passing Certificate

·         Medical Certificate

·         Category Certificate

·         Disability Certificate

·         Score card of NCHMCT JEE 2017

·         NCHMCT JEE 2017 Admit Card

·         Photo ID Proof
