Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture & Technology has conducted GBPUAT Counselling from 12th July 2017 to 20th July
2017. Candidates have declared qualify in GB Pant University Entrance
Exam, they need to appear in GBPUAT Counselling 2017 as per Counseling
Schedule.
GBPUAT Entrance Exam was conducted on
3.6.2017 and 4.6.2017 and hue number of contenders had appeared in this exam. Contenders
who have qualified in exam they must go for GB Pant University July Counseling
Session. To attend GB Pant University July Counseling, you have to deposit and amount
of application fee which can be paid through online or offline mode only.
After appearing in GBPUAT
Counselling, contenders become eligible to take admission in Undergraduate
{B.V.Sc. & A.H., B.Sc. Ag., B.F.Sc., B.Sc.(Hons.) Community Science and B.Sc.
(Food Technology Self-financed)}/PG’/MCA/M.Tech./Ph.D. programmes. Students
who desires to get admission in any of these courses they must attend counseling as per the GBPUAT
Counselling Dates.

Counseling Procedure:

Students, who are applying for
GB Pant University Counselling, should they must follow given below steps:
·
Aspirants must attend Govind
Ballabh Pant University Of Agriculture & Technology Counselling on
scheduled date that is different according to the courses.
·
Counselling will be conducted
through offline mode and seats will be allotted to students as per merit list
of entrance exam.
·
At the time of counselling,
carry their all original required documents with them and also 2 set of
photocopies at time of program.
·
If candidates don’t bring their certificates,
they will not be permitted to get allot.
·
When the seat alimentation
process have finished they must visit the below given venue and pay admission
fee on time.

Contenders must bring some essential
documents at the time of counselling which are mentioned below:

Solemn Voluntary declaration
·
Attested photocopies of High
School Certificate and Marksheet along with the originals
·
Attested photocopies of
Intermediate Certificate and Marksheet along with the originals
·
Attested photocopies of
Marksheet(s) and Certificate(s) of any other higher degree qualification(s)
that you may possess along with the originals
·
Attested photocopy of Domicile
Certificate of Uttarakhand State issued by the competent authority after 20 Nov
2001 along with the original (Essential)
·
Attested photocopy of
Rural/Sports/Agriculturist Weightage Certificate/J&K Resident/Kashmiri
Migrants Certificate along with original, as given in the Prospectus 2017-2018
Appendix-VII if applicable (Essential)
·
Five-passport size photographs
with name and Roll Number written on the back.
·
The Medical fitness Certificate
from the Chief Medical Officer of a District/Chief Medical Superintendent of
Govt. Base Hospital on the format given in the Prospectus 2017-18
·
Character/Conduct Certificate
in original from the Head of the Institution last attended (Essential)
·
On the directives of the
Hon’ble Supreme Court an affidavit duly signed by the candidate and his/her
parents/guardian for non-participation in ragging on a non-judicial stamp paper
of Rs.10.00 duly notarized given in the Prospectus 2017-2018.
·
Attested photocopy of Category
Certificate (SC/ST) issued after 21 Nov. 2001. In case of OBC category, the OBC
Certificate issued after 31.3.2017 on the prescribed proforma given in the
Prospectus 2017-18
·
The Migration/Transfer
Certificate in original to be submitted within three months of the admission.
·
A Gap Certificate accounting
for discontinuity of more than three months after leaving the Institution last
attended. (The employee should bring certificate from employer, others should
produce a sworn affidavit duly notarized on stamp paper of Rs.10/- Notary
stamps Rs.10/- (total value Rs.20/-).

Fee can be paid through Bank
drafts of Advance fee (b) and fee (c) should be drawn in favour of the
Comptroller, G.B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, Pantnagar,
payable at State Bank of India (Code No. 1133), UCO Bank (Code No. 678) or Punjab
National Bank (Code No. 4446) Pantnagar.
·
If, contenders are granted
admission to any of the programmes, an Advance fee, they will be adjusted
against the University fee and the total amount of University fee or must pay
by the candidates before releasing the ID number.

Note:
·
Candidates, who are applying
for B.Sc. (Food Technology) Self-financed programme admission, need to pay an
amount of application fee of Rs. 50000/- per annum in addition to University
fee at the time of deposition of fee for admission.
·
Contenders will be failed to
register within the stipulated period his/her admission, would be stand
automatically cancelled.
