Our valued visitors, candidates who will take part in UP Board Exam for class 10th and 12th  they must be aware of this that Aadhaar Card is mandatory in UP Board Exam. Students have to possess Aadhaar Card by the Unique Identification Authority of India.

According to several reports, Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, the authority which organizes the secondary school and Intermediate (Class 10 and Class 12) board exams in the state, has made Aadhaar Card compulsory for every student appearing in annual board exams scheduled for next year.


According to the latest UP Board news, UP Board Makes Aadhaar Card Mandatory along with admitting card for those students who are studying in Class 10 & 12. Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Board has decided that Aadhaar card is now necessary for students who are ready to join the board examinations.


Candidates who are going to fill the UP Board Application form, they have to enter their Aadhaar Card number also. With this, the government thinks that this will reduce the filling of fake forms. Students are only allowed to appear in the exam if they have their Aadhaar card otherwise they will not be permitted.

UP Board high school and intermediate school exams are going to schedule from 06-02-2018 onwards. Neena Srivastava, the secretary of UP Board, has introduced this idea to establish the identity of the student. She said that “With the help of Aadhaar identification cards we will be able to control fake registrations. 


UP Board Makes Aadhaar identification cards Mandatory
·         In any case, if any student fails to carry their Aadhaar cards then UP Board exam authority will not be allowed them to sit for the exams.
·         Students should carry Aadhaar Card at the time of examination as from now onwards it is compulsory. Aadhaar is also required when the students register for their board examinations.
·         As expectation, a total of 3712508 students are expected to appear for class 10 exams; on the other hand in class 12, it is about 3017032. In all, 6729540 students will sit for the exams.
·         In 2017, total 3.40 lakh students appeared from class 10, while for class 12, as many as 2654492 students registered for the exam.


Aadhaar Card is mandatory in UP Board Exam
·        UP Board Secretary Neena Srivastava said that the Class 10 exams would be completed in a record 14 working days and the exams for Class 12 will conclude in 25 working days, as stated by the Yogi Adityanath government.
·      High school or class 10 exams will be conducted between February 6 and February 22, and intermediate or class 12 between February 6 and March 10 next year. This year don’t forget to carry your Aadhaar identification cards along with hall ticket at the exam center.
