Candidates those want to know the procedure for applying for the original degree certificate, they can have to read this article carefully. The procedure has been changed. Now, you are needed to register on online payments portal of the examination of Jawaharlal Nehru Technical University (JNTU), Hyderabad. For online form you need to visit the official website of the organization link given below.


Candidates those who had registered, now will directed to make the payment either by payment gateway (using your credit/debit cards). For the registration a direct link is available here. Just click on the link login form will open here need to fill your details.

Documents Requirements:
Following are list of document are given below:
·         Digital Passport size Photograph in JPEG format should be between 100-200 KB.
·         Identity proof in JPEG format size should be between 100-200 KB.
·         College Identity Card (Necessary).
·         Aadhar Card
·         Pan Card
·         Driving License
·         Voter Identification Card
·         Indian Passport (If you have)
·         Provisional Certificate (PC) in JPEG format size should be between 200-300 KB.
·         Students should disclose their Provisional Certificate NUMBER (Number that is above the serial no of PC)


How to Apply for JNTUH OD :
Candidates those who want to apply for the JNTUH OD they can follow these instructions:
·         Candidates need to visit the official website for the registration, a direct link given below.
·         Click on the link, a new page will open for the applying.
·         If you are new candidates than click on the New Registration, or those candidates have registered they upload their document.
·         New candidates should click on the New Registration, and fill the Hall ticket number and security code, then click on submit button.
·         A registration form will open in front of you.
·         You need fill out the required details like Hall ticket No/ Password/ Student Name/ Father Name/ Gender/ Date of Birth/ College/ College Code/ Mobile/ Email.
·         For the Password, student has to be created at the time of registration. It informed that candidates should remember their passwords for any future usage. User name shall be the hall-ticket number of the candidate during the study of the course for which he/she is seeking the Original Degree certificate.
·         Now make the payment for application form fee using online payment gateway using net banking or cards payment.
·         Now candidates are required to Login with your hall ticket number (user id) and password and Upload the scanned copy of Certificates.
·          Click and select convocation OD then you will get receipt file in pdf format.
·         Download and save it for future use.


Procedure for Original Degree Certificate (PC received before October 2002) Post-Convocation
Following are the steps, read it carefully:
·         Filled for Original Degree Application Form.
·         You need to submit the D.D. in favour of THE REGISTRAR, JNTUH payable at HYDERABAD. (H.T. No. & Mobile No. may be written on the back side of DD)

Note: Enquire about DD Amount at student’s service counters at JNTUH.

·         Xerox Copy of Post Convocation.
·         Requirements of pass-port size photograph with HTNO written on the back of Photograph
·         Submit the above documents at students service counter, JNTUH, Kukatpally, Hyderabad.
·         Keep a photocopy of this application with you.
·         Candidates will receive the certificate in 60 days.
·         If you have not received the certificate within 60 days of your application, than you need to contact the Director of Evaluation for EMS (Speed Post) number.
Note: No claim of non-receipt of Certificate shall be entertained if it is not reported with 60 days of your application.
