Refund of Fee For RRB Group D & ALP /Technician
The railway minister Piyush Goyal had done many changes in the recruitment of various released posts. He had released the amount of fee after complaint done by the various appearing candidates. Contenders which are belonging to unreserved category (Gen / OBC) shall have to pay Rs.500 as exam fees from which Rs. 400 will be refunded if they appear for the First Stage CBT means the overall exam fee for the unreserved category is only RS 100/- only.

The same rule also applies to those applicants, who are belonging to reserved categories shall have to pay Rs. 250 as exam fees and the total amount will be refunded if they appear for the First Stage CBT means the overall exam for reserved category students is Nil. Candidate’s fee will be refunded after the giving the first stage Computer Based test exam of RRB Group D & ALP /Technician.
The railway minister Piyush Goyal has cleared all doubts regarding the fee, he said that he wants only serious candidates to participate in the exam, as many of candidates filled the application form but they do not present at the time of examination.
As we know government spends a lot of money on the conducting the exams. So, those who appear will get their fee refunded.
Procedure of Refund of Fee
Following are the procedure or requesting for refunding of a fee for RRB Group D & ALP /Technician examination:
- Candidates those who had applied for the Railway Recruitment Board for various post examination, their examination fee which is paid via online net banking, Debit card, Credit Card or SBI Challan Form can get their money back.
- For money refund, candidates need to appear in the Computer Based Test for the first stage of examination. By appearing in the first stage of the exam you can refund your money.
- The refund of fee, those candidates who paid ` 500/- or 250/- via net banking, credit card or debit card they get their fee back duly deducting bank charges to the same account from which the online payment was made.
- The candidates who have made payment of ` 500/- or 250/- through SBI Challan or Post office Challan Mode should provide details of the beneficiary account in which they would like to receive the refund viz. Beneficiary name, Bank name, Account Number, and IFSC Code.
