How to Apply for UPCATET Counselling 2018:
- Contenders must log on to the official site that is www.upcatet.org.
- On the home page follow the “Quick Links /Download” section
- Fill the registration form by entering Roll Number, DOB, Mobile number and email address etc.
- You will get unique verification code which you have to keep secure
- Make the payment of fee and joining time shall not be extended under any circumstances.
- At last, you will be able to select the colleges of their own preferences and original documents are required at the time of joining the course/college.
Mode Of Selection:
Admission shall be made strictly in order of merit cum reservation based on the aggregate marks obtained by contenders up combined agriculture and technology entrance test – 2017.
- For U.G Programme: In the event of two or more candidates securing equal marks the merit shall be decided on the basis of marks secured in the D,C,B and then marks in the qualifying examination.
- For Master Programme: In the event of two or more candidates securing equal marks the merit shall be decided on the basis of marks secured in the A,B,C and then qualifying examination.
- For Ph.D Programme: If the marks secured by two or more candidates will be the same the merit shall be decided on the basis of marks secured in the C,B,A and Then qualifying Examination.
Necessary documents:
- Attested photocopies of high school certificates and marks sheets
- Attested photocopies of intermediate certificates and marks.
- Attested photocopies of marks sheets and certificates of bachelor and master degree qualification that candidates may possess along with the original.
- Domicile certificates of Uttar Pradesh state issued by the competent authority.
- Sports weight age certificate in original.
- 5 – 7 Passport size colour photos.
- Admit card of class 12th.
- Mark sheet of class 12th or equivalent.
- Certificate of class 10th against proof of age.
- UPCATET hall ticket.
- Transfer Certificate / Migration Certificate / School Leaving Certificate.
- Caste certificate.
- Cal letter and rank card.
- Affidavit by the student & parent.
