After making fee payment, you must submit the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan Fee Challan Form at any branch of Union Bank of India. How to Download KVS Challan Form:
- All bonafide students or parents who wish to pay Tuition Fee, VVN Fee, Computer Fee etc. for Kendriya Vidyalaya Samiti (KVS) must visit the official Site
- Open the link of the Union Bank of India (UBI): epay.unionbankofindia.co.in/kvfee/ or Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan website i.e. www.kvsangathan.nic.in
- On the Home Page, click on the link “Generate Challan & Print Receipt”,
- Login using the system generate 15 digits unique id number, date of birth and security code,
- Submit the details
- Download the pdf file of the Challan of Union Bank of India,
- At the end take printout of the KVS Challan/Receipt
- Fill it before making payment at Union Bank of India through cash or cheque.
- Students can deposit fee through Debit card, Credit Card and internet banking.

Important Date:
- KVS Fees are generally collected on quarterly basis during the calendar months of January, April, July, and October.
- No fee will be deposited on 01-04-2018.
- Fee will be collected from 2nd to 15th April 2018
- For delay, a late fine will be charged and the fee will be then collected till the last date of the month
