• Open the official website of the National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) that is upnrhm.gov.in
• After going to the home page you are required to take your cursor towards “Updates” section and hit on the appropriate link for E-ADMIT CARD for ANMs and Staff Nurses contractual vacancies with National Health Mission, Uttar Pradesh.
• A new page will appear at your screen as shown below.

• Now you have to enter “registered mobile number” and “date of birth (DD-MM-YYYY)”.
• After filling the said information hit on “Submit” button”
• Within a few seconds your NRHM UP 10158 call letter 2019 will appear at your screen.
• Finally, take a print out of the admit card and take it with you at the time of examination.
