10+2 or equivalent examination & should have completed ANM course from an institution recognized by Govt. and approved by INC
Age Limit:
- Minimum- 21 years
- Maximum-35 years
Relaxation (in Upper age limit):

- For Female Unreserved candidates-03 Years
- For OBC candidates-02 Years

- After going to the home page go to the “More” section and hit on the “Recruitment” link.
- A page will appear at your screen from where you are required to hit on “Advt. For Recruitment of ANM” link.
- Notification details will appear at your screen, read the notification details carefully.
- Now print a copy of application form from the below section of notification.
- Fill the application form as per the rules; attach the photocopy of the required documents.
