Application Fee

Eligibility : Candidates should have BE/B.Tech/ B.Sc
(Engineering), M.Tech depending on the Post Wise requirement and should have
GATE 2021 & 2022 exam valid Score Card.
Age Limit : There is no minimum age
limit for the candidates and the maximum age limit is 26 years for
General, 29 years for OBC and 31 for
SC/ST as on August 1, 2022.
Salary : For BARC Scientific Officer selected candidates, the salary
is Level 10 – Rs 56,100 of the 7th Central Pay Commission Pay Matrix.
