The National Board of Examinations (NBE) has recently released a notification for the  National Eligibilityn cum Entrance Test for
Graduate (NEET-PG) 2022 Admission to a large number of Doctor of Medicine (MD),
Master of Surgery (MS) and PG Diploma in 6102 government, private, deemed/
Central Universities . Those candidates who are interested in the exammay go
through the complete eligibility and notification before Apply Online.

Important Dates

  • Opening Date : 15.01.2022
  • Closing Date : 04.02.2022 (till 11:55 PM)
  • Application Editing : 08-11.02.2022
  • Dates for Final Editing : 24-27.02.2022
  • Admit Card Download : 07.03.2022
  • Date of Examination : 12.03.2022
  • Declaration of Result : 31.03.2022

Application Fee

  • General/ OBC : Rs. 4250/-
  • ST/SC/PWD : Rs. 3250/-

Mode of Fee Payment : Fee can be paid online through Credit or Debit Card.

Eligibility Criteria

  • MBBS Degree from an institution recognized by the
    Medical Council of India (MCI, MBBS degree or Provisional Certificate.
  • Completion Certificate of Rotatory Internship on
    or before 31.05.2022
  • Permanent Medical registration certificate issued
    by MCI or State Medical Council (SCI)
  • MBBS Degree from Jammu & Kashmir are not
    eligible.
  • MBBS Students from outside India must have
    qualified Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE)

Exam as per New Pattern

  • There will be 2 Sections in each Subject
    consisting of 35 questions in Section A and 15 questions in Section B (10 are
    optional)
  • A total of 200 MCQ will be there out of which 20
    are optional.
  • The examination is to be conducted in Pen & Paper
    – based Test to be answered in OMR Sheet using specified Ball Point pen.
  • Each correct answer carries 4 marks and there
    will be negative marking of (-1) mark for each incorrect answer.
  • The Time duration for NEET-2022 Examination is
    3hours, i,e, 180 minutes.
