- For Junior Research Fellow -M.E /M.Tech/ M.Sc. or equivalent in concern filed
- For Research Associate (RA)- Ph.D. or equivalent in concern

- Maximum-28 years
For Research Associate (RA)-
- Minimum-18 years
- Maximum-35 years
Relaxation (in Upper age limit):

Selection Process:
Pay Scale:
- Junior Research Fellow- Rs. 31,000 per month
- Research Fellow- Rs. 47,000 per month
