In this article, we will instruct you how to fill the online form. It is a very important session where you learn to fill the form online, how to make payment of fee and documents verifications. Steps to fill the Online Forms:

Online Registration-: First open the official website for filling the form (go to the link where the vacancy is available). Select your post from the column left sidebar. Then click on Apply for the desired job. Fill the form including your valid mail, your name, father’s name and mother’s name (if required), the phone number should be in working. After this, you get a unique id and password to log in. Please note it down somewhere because the need in future for filling up application form so keep it safe.

Fill up application form-: Login the application page using id and password that you via offline message or by email. Fill the application form. Take all documents of yours while filling the form. Now fill all required details carefully especially double check Name / DOB/percentage/ Passing Year with concerned with you 10th marks sheet. Match the entire column that you filled correctly or not.   


Upload the documents-: All documents should be scanned and convert into the required format as they instructed in the web page. Upload all scanned documents as required by the form. The documents may contain like 10th mark sheet, 12th mark sheet, graduation mark sheet, and identity, is required to upload inserting the unique 10 - 12 number which given by the government to you.

Online payments: After successful filling the form and upload of documents make payment. Now it’s time make payment. Select the mode which is suitable to you. For online mode fill the Challan form online with detail of bank (rupee/credit/debit) cards. The detail which will require is CVV code which is present at the back of card 3 - digit unique which has to mentioned there, 10 – digit card number which also be mentioned and expiry date (only months and year is required) is also be mentioned. Enter the amount which is required to pay. Submit the Challan form and make payment fee which required by the form.


Print the form-: Before making payment, check the whole form that details you have filled are correct or not. After making payment an e - print outcomes in front of you. Save it to your computer or any device because it may need if something goes wrong or unavailable of admit card.
