IBPS PO Exam Pattern
Institute Of Banking Personnel Selection has released the IBPS PO Exam Pattern 2019. The selection for the Probationary Officer (PO) will be done on the basis of prelims and mains examination followed by the personal interview round. The Institute will conduct the Preliminary Examination on 12, 13, 19, and 20 October 2019 and the Mains Examination will be held on 30 November 2019. IBPS PO Exam Pattern 2019
IBPS PO Preliminary Exam Pattern 2019:- The PO preliminary examination will be conducted via online mode only.
- The examination contains total 100 questions of 1 mark each
- Paper consists of 3 sections that is English Language, Numerical Ability, Reasoning Ability
- The duration of exam will be of 1 hour (60 minutes)
- There is the negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer.

IBPS PO Mains Exam Pattern 2019:
- The PO preliminary examination will be conducted via online mode only.
- The examination contains total 155
- Paper consists of 4 sections i.e. Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, English Language, Data Analysis and Interpretation and General, Economy/Banking Awareness.
- The duration of exam will be of 3 hour (180 minutes)
- There is the negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer.
- In addition institute also added a Descriptive Paper in its Mains Examination which consists of 2 questions (essay and a letter) of total 25 marks. The main purpose to conduct descriptive test is to check written skills of the candidates. Time duration of Descriptive Paper is 30 minutes.

IBPS PO 2019 Interview Process:
Those who will clear the preliminary and mains examination will have to go for the Interview Process consist of 100 marks. Candidates must have to score at least 40% to clear the examination candidates belonging to reserved category will give 5% relaxation in marks.
