Selection Procedure:
There is the systematic procedure to hire appropriate aspirants; generally, candidates will be recruitment on the basis of written examination followed by the group discussion and personal interview round. Whereas there are few special posts for which selection will directly be done on the basis of personal interview round. It may be noted that the selection for the post of clerk will be done on the basis of performance in the written examination.
Methods conducted by the bank to recruit appropriate candidates:
Written examination-
The primary step for the selection is the Witten test. The test covers the entire basics concept which candidate’s already studies in academic careers. The competition level is so high therefore it is not easy to clear the exam easily one should have to prepare well to clear the exam effectively and efficiently. The written exam contains two rounds that are prelims examination and mains examination.
Primarily Exam-
This will cover all the basic questions like aptitude, reasoning etc. In order to get qualify for the next round, it is mandatory for the candidates to qualify this exam. Candidates successfully qualify this round will get eligible for main exams.

Main Exam-
In the main examination, some more subjects are included and the level of the examination becomes hard. This cover all the basic questions include topics of aptitude, reasoning, general awareness, basics of computer etc. To set in further selection process every candidate needs to qualify this exam. Group Discussion:
In order to check the communication skills, activeness and another point of candidate’s bank conducts the Group Discussion round. This round is only conducted for high-level posts like PO, Marketing Officer, HR, and Law Officer Etc. It is mandatory to clear the last round. Those who will clear this round will get qualify for last round which is PI (Personal Interview).
Personal Interview-
Personal Interview is the last stage of the selection process of bank recruitment. Here the interviewer asks the basic knowledge questions and a brief introduction of a particular candidate.
