UPSC CMS Syllabus for computer-based exam is given below for both Paper 1 & paper 2. Exam will be of 2 hours. Each paper will consist of 250 marks. Paper 1 covers topics on General Medicine and Paediatrics whereas Paper 2 covers topics on Surgery, Gynecology, Obstetrics, and Preventive & Social.

Personality Test
- Applicants who qualify in the Computer-based examination will be called for Interview/Personality Test
