Essential Qualification:
Junior Officers Post-
- Degree in any discipline from a recognized university
- Aspirants should have proficiency in data entry/ computer applications
Senior Managers-
- Retired officers of Banks /Financial Institutions and not below the rank of Senior Manager (Scale III) at the time of retirement
- Candidates retired from service not before 31/05/2017/ retirement period not exceeding 2 years.
For Manager-
- Graduation with at least 60% marks
Age Limit:
For Junior Officers-
- Minimum- 21 years
- Maximum-30 years
For Senior Managers-
- Maximum- 62 years
For Manager –
- Minimum- 25 years
- Maximum-35 years
Relaxation (in Upper age limit):
As per the norms of the organization
Selection Process:
Written Test and Interview
- Junior Officers- Rs. 16000 per month
- Senior Managers- Rs. 35,000 per month
- For Manager – Rs.28000 – 1050/1 – 29050 – 1200/12 – 43450 Gross pay – Rs.53561 (Overall Annual Gross emoluments – Rs.10 lakhs approximately
