Admission Process For Kendriya Vidyalaya:

Phase 1- Seat allotment to reserved categories students i.e. 10 out of 40
Phase 2- Allotment of 30 remaining seats through ‘Draw of Lots’.
Class 2 to 8
Admission will be done through priority category allotment system. There will no written test.
Class 9
Admission test will be conducted on the basis of which merit list will prepared
Test Subjects: Hindi, English, Science, and Social Science.
Marking Scheme- 100 marks (20 marks each for each subject)
Minimum qualifying marks- 33%, and 25% for the reserved categories.
Class 10
Candidate must be from a CBSE affiliated school and must have at least 6.5 CGPA in class 9 exams.
Class 11
Through ‘Draw of Lots’.
Minimum CGPA required on 10th class-
Science- 7.6
Commerce- 6.4
Arts- Passing Grade
Class 12
Eligibility criteria-
Candidate must be from a CBSE affiliated school and must pass his/her 11th class with minimum 55% marks.
