Step 1: Open the official website of Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board (CGPEB) that is cgvyapam.choice.gov.in
Step 2: After going to the home page you are required to press an appropriate link for the CG PAT 2019.
Step 3: Now read the notification details and check the instructions to apply online.
Step 4: Press an appropriate link to apply online and fill the application form as per the stated format.
Step 5: Upload the scanned copy of the required documents.
Step 6: Recheck the filled application form and submit the form.
Step 7: At last take a print out of the submitted form for the future reference.
