NTSE 2019 - 20 Notification
NTSE 2019 - 20 Notification has been released by the NCERT. National Talent Search Examination is the scholarship examination conducts by the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT). The examination will be conducted in two stages that are Stage I and II. The NTSE Stage I examination will be held on 02, 03 and 17 November 2019 whereas, Stage II examination has been scheduled on 10 May 2020.

The main motive to conducts NTSE is to help deserving students in perusing their higher education in Science and Social Studies. Those students who are studying in 10th standard are eligible to apply. Scholarship Amount:
- For Class XI to XII - Rs. 1250 per month
- For Undergraduates and Post-graduates- Rs.2000 per month
- Amount of Scholarship for Ph.D. is fixed by the UGC norms

Applying procedure for NTSE Examination 2019 - 20:
- Candidates first have to contact their respective State/UT Liaison officer for obtaining the application form.
- You can get the address and contact details of the Liaison Officer by hitting on below provided link.
- Fill the application form as per the rules, the filled form must be signed by the school Principal before due date.
- The last date to fill the form for NTSE Examination 2019 - 20 will be informed to students as well as the Principals of the respective schools.
- Note: Indian students, studying abroad in class 10th, can directly appear for Stage-II NTSE Examination as per conditions given in the NTSE brochure available on the official website of NCERT.
