For the post of District Marketing Manager aspirants must possess Post Graduate (MBA, MSW, M.Sc).

For the post of Segment Marketing Officer Aspirants must possess Graduate from recognized University.

For the post of Assistant Segment Marketing Officer and Center In charge

Aspirants must possess12th from reputed Board.

For the post of Computer Operator aspirants must possess12th/ Computer Diploma/ Typing in Hindi/English.

By age:

For the post of S.No 1 aspirants must be between of the ages of 21 years to 40 years.
