Domicile Certificate Online Application Form
In state of Uttar Pradesh,
Government provides a lot of benefits for resident of UP.
For reservation
benefit you need a domicile certificate of UP. Domicile certificate is the
important documents which are required for UP Scholarship Scheme, Admission in
CPMT, UPSEE, UP B.Ed and other program. UP Domicile holder will get
priority everywhere in government Jobs.
Documents required
for New Domicile Certificates:
The candidates who want the
Domicile Certificates they must have the documents as ID proof, high School
Certificate for Birth Certification etc. In the absence of any required
certificate a report will be called to the village Lekhpal and he will verify
your residence and submit the report to the Tehsildar and then next process
will be carried out.
The applicant has to
submit verification letter in the prescribed format from any one of the
following:
- Gazetted Officer
- Member of Parliament (MP)
- Member of legislative Assembly (MLA)
- Chairman, Zila Panchayat
- Chairman, Nagar Panchayat
- Branch Manager, Nationalized Bank
