Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) is the programme started by the Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi. It is a program for skill training scheme.

It provides skill development program under Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE). The objective of this skill certification and reward scheme is to set a large number of Indian youth to get trained through this scheme.
