Chaudhary Charan Singh University (CCS University) is also known as Meerut University. It is a public state university located in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India. The university was founded in 1965. Narendra Kumar Taneja is the current vice-chancellor of the university. It is a Government University runs under Government of Uttar Pradesh, where many of students pursue the degree from this University.

University has five faculties with 22 UGC sponsored and 35 self-financed/job oriented courses being run on the campus. The feature of the academic program is the semester via increased.
