DIRECTORATE OF ECONOMICS & STATISTICS

Application in the prescribed form uploaded in the official website (http://desmanipur.gov.in/) are invited from the intending & eligible candidates through sponsorship of concerned Employmenmt for direct recruitment of 44 posts of Group C and D in this directorate on regular basis as given below-

1. PRIMARY INVESTIGATOR: Post 30
   (Break-up UR-17, ST-8, Sc-1, OBC-M 3 OBC-MP 1)
   Pay Scale (ROP-2010): Rs-5200-20200 + 2400(GP)

Essential Qualifucation:

• Graduate or its equivalent with Mathematics/Economics/Statistics of a recognised            University/Institute.
• Strong physique capable of undertaking strenuous outdoor works.
• Knowledge of ine or more local language.Desirable knowledge of Hindi & Manipuri. 

2. L.D.C:Post 5

    (Break-up UR-3, ST-1, OBC-M 1)

   Pay Scale (ROP-2010): Rs-5200-20200 + 2000(GP)

Essential Qualification:

• Graduate + Course on Computer Concepts (CCC) (IDOS + Windows + MS Office + Multimedia + Internet) of a OBC (M)-1 Central/State recognised Institute.

3.DRIVER : POST 3(UR)

   Pay Scale(ROP-2010):Rs.5200-20,200 + 1.900(GP)

Essential Qualification:

• Class-X pass/Matriculation/Equivalent from a recognised Board/Institution.
• Driving experience for 3(three)years possessing requisite Driving License.

4. PEON:Post 6

    (Break-up UR-3(GP) ST-2 OBC-M 1)

     Pay Scale (ROP-2010):Rs.4,440-7,440+1,300(GP)

Essential Qualification: HSLC/Equivalent

Method of recruitment:

• Primary Investigator : Written Test -General Knowledge-20 marks, General English-30 marks & Concerned Subject-50 marks, Time- 2 hours
• L.D.C : Written test- General Knowledge-30 marks & General English -30 marks (60 marks in 1 hours) Computer skill test 10 marks in 30 minutes.
• DRIVER & PEON : General Knowledge 30 marks in 30 min. Job suitability practical test 5-Marks.

Fees structure: General & OBC : Rs.500/- and ST/SC: Rs.300/-

Issue & Submission of form:

Date of issue - Form can be downloaded from official website  http://desmanipur.gov.in/

Submission - Form is to be submitted to the Deputy Director (Admin.) of the Directorate of Economics & Statistics,Manipur ,Lamphelpat on or before 10th December,2019 during office hour.

Remarks - All candidates/Applicants should be sponsored by concerned Employment Exchange.

• Date and time of the interaction, venue of examination centre,etc. will be notified in local newspapers.*Age limit as per existing rule under Government Of Manipur.
• Number of Post may increase or decrease 
• Selected candidates who could not produce required documents shall be rejected.
• NIOS certificates shall be considered as per the admisibility of the concerned authority of the Govt.Of manipur.
