Eligibility : Candidates should possess either of the following qualification.

• Diploma in GNM/ ANM with Experience and Registration in Council. 
• BAMS/ BUMS/ BHMS Degree with Experience.
• Post Graduate Diploma in Public Health/ Social Work/ Social Science.
