Qualification required:

| Professor | · PhD qualification · Master's degree or equivalent. · Minimum of ten years of experience in teaching/ research/ extension in university/college. |
| Associate Professor | · PhD Degree in the concerned / relevant disciplines. Master's degree or equivalent. · Minimum of five publications as books or research/policy papers of which at least three papers in refereed journals in the cadre of Assistant Professor. · Minimum of eight years of experience in teaching/ research/ extension in the cadre of Assistant Professor. |
| Assistant Professor | · Master's degree in the relevant subject with a minimum OGPA. · NET is compulsory along with one publication in NAAS · NET essentiality for recruitment to the post of Assistant Professor and equivalent in the disciplines in which NET is conducted. |
