ReplyDeleteconcern office main jake aap pta kar sakte hai...
DeleteMy mother got allotted home under indira awas yojana 4 years back. We got money and land 15x20 . We did construction. That time our family size was 4. Now since last 2 years as 2 son's got married, our family size is 8. And we can't accommodate in that small place. We got added construction on same area with load bearing pattern. At that time local body ( grampanchayat) gave verbal permission to do it. Now since 1.5 yr it's replaced by nagarpanchayat. Now they are saying , added construction is illegal. Show us written permission and all. My query is,
ReplyDelete1) if it's illegal, why they gave us permission to construct 2 years back
2) if it's illegal, why they are taking extra tax for extra carpet area
3) why extra land assessment is given
yes you are saying right..no illegal things ..
Deleteaapka draw main nahi aaya hoga may be..
