requires the Aadhar car number at the time of registration.

Registration of CSC can also be
done by offline means, by visiting the nearest office of Nagar Panchayat or the
Gram Panchayat and then the officials will study the proposal and then the
permission will be granted and the license of CSC will be issued to the
candidates.
