MP PPT is the state level entrance exam of Madhya Pradesh that provides admission in the diploma courses offered by the self-governing polytechnic colleges, government polytechnic colleges; state funded polytechnic colleges and private colleges of Madhya Pradesh.

Counselling of MP PPT 2017 will be conducted on the basis of MP PPT entrance exam result 2017. MP PPT 2017 counselling schedule will be published on the official counselling website of DTE, Madhya Pradesh. Students have to appear for counselling process as per the specified dates. 

Counselling will most probably start from the second week of July 2017. Merit list will be prepared by providing 70% weightage to the marks obtained in MP PPT 2017 and 30% weightage to the qualifying exam(10th class).

MP PPT counselling 2017 will be conducted in various rounds. The counselling process includes the following steps:

·         Online Registration – Log on to the official website and click the MP PPT 2017 link and access the counselling link from this page. Search the registration link and fill the registration details. Once registration process is completed, candidate’s will receive the password (change the password later).

·         Document Verification – Contenders have to verify their documents at the helpline centres. Visit your nearest help line centres and get all your prescribed documents verified.

·         Login For Choice Filling – Registered candidates are required to login for filling choices for the colleges and branch. Candidates will be able to lock the choices only after the payment of counselling fee. Counselling fee charges will be Rs. 330/- for all candidates.

·         Common Merit List & Seat Allotment – For each round of counselling, common merit list will be published. After the publishing of common merit list, seat allotment will be done. The seat allotment result will be published online on the official website of DTE MP counselling.

·         Download Allotment Letter – Once seat allotment is done, download and take the printout of seat allotment letter from the official website.

·         Report to the Allotted Institute – At last, report to the allotted institute along with the seat allotment letter and other necessary documents for the completion of admission formalities.

Documents Required For Verification

Following documents will be required for verification:

·         Domicile certificate

·         10th Class Mark Sheet and Passing Certificate

·         ID Proof

·         Caste Certificate (for SC/ST candidates)

·         PwD certificate for physically disabled candidates

·         Passport size photograph (at least 4)
