to Download AEEE 2017 counselling call letter?
·
Get counselling call letter of
AEEE 2017 from the official link given above
·
Enter the registration number,
date of birth provided by the University.
·
Counselling call will appear on
the screen after entering all the details.
·
You can easily download the
call letter and take a print out of same
·
Keep the print out safely till
the admission is over.

2017 Counselling Procedure:
·
Applicants must keep with them
six copies of color photograph (size 3.5 X 4.5 cm) at the time of counselling
/admission.
·
Contenders are required to
produce AEEE 2017 hall ticket during counselling. Keep their admit
cards duly signed by invigilator till AEEE 2017 counselling gets over.
·
AEEE 2017 counselling call
letter of will not be sent by post for candidates.
·
Applicants should ascertain
his/her eligibility for admission with respect to age and +2 marks before
attending the counselling.
·
If any candidate admitted is
found to be ineligible, his/her admission will be subjected to cancellation.
·
Maximum intake from any state
will be restricted with a view to ensure admission to candidates from all
states.
·
State from where the candidate
studied and passed +2/ higher secondary will be the criterion for allotment of
state based quota of seats and scholarship.
·
Candidate must be present in
person for AEEE counselling 2017. Parent/guardian shall accompany the
candidate.
Original
Documents to be produced at the time of AEEE 2017 Counselling:
·
10th class certificate as
a proof of date of birth
·
To prove eligibility regarding
marks, candidates are required to produce marks statement of class XII.
·
Hall tickets of class XII
Examination
·
Transfer certificate from the
school last attended as a proof of the ‘State’ where he/she studied ’Plus Two’
·
Community certificate (in case
of SC/ST)
·
Other testimonials as specified
in the call letter
Important
instructions:
·
If the candidate is unable to
produce original certificates, they will not be permitted to attend AEEE 2017
counselling.
·
When contenders accept the seat
allotment, original certificates will be retained by the University, unless or
else decided by competent authority.
·
Submit Rs.10, 000 through
demand draft as AEEE 2017 counselling fee, which is non-refundable.
·
Applicants have to wear neat
and formal dress at the time of AEEE 2017 counselling.
·
AEEE 2017 counselling does not
guarantee admission to various undergraduate engineering programmes at the
university.
·
Applicants should be aware of
the seat availability before attending AEEE 2017 counselling.
