XAT Exam details:
There were two parts of the paper:
· Part I: A total of 74 questions in the three sections -- A, B and C.
· Part II: 25 questions on General Knowledge were asked along with an essay.
Paper pattern
· Exam had three sections - Verbal Ability, Quantitative Ability and Decision Making.
· Overall difficulty was said to be tougher than that of last years with an average of being reasonably difficult.
· Most students said they attempt more than 45 questions.
Quantitative:
· Quant is generally easier but it was difficult this time," said a student post-attempting.
· Quantitative section was difficult, long and time consuming.

Verbal:
· Verbal Ability section mainly checks your English.
· XAT is known for having difficult Verbal Ability

Decision making:
