How to get Duplicate CBSENET E Certificate in case of Loss/Damage?
Yes there is the option to get the duplicate copy of certificate candidates have to follow the below steps-
Step 1: Individuals require to submit an affidavit for the loss/damage of original certificate issued by the UGC.
The details required to attach with an affidavit-
- Candidates Name
- Parents Name
- Date of UGC-NET Exam and Roll Number
- Address
Step 2: Candidates also have to attach the demand draft of INR 100/- drawn in favor of the Secretary, University Grants Commission, New Delhi payable at State Bank of India, Service Branch, (Code No. 7687), New Delhi along with the affidavit.
Step 3: Aspirants have to file an FIR at Police Station, the Attestation stamp of the Class-I gazetted officer must bear his/her name, designation, and official address should also be there along with the affidavit & demand draft.
Step 4: Keep all the stated documents in envelope and send it to the below address-
