Essential Qualification:
A degree in Food Technology or Dairy Technology or Biotechnology or Oil Technology or Agriculture Science or Veterinary Science or Bio-Chemistry or Microbiology or Masters Degree in Chemistry or Degree in Medicine from a recognized University.
Or
Any other equivalent/recognized qualification notified by the Central Government; and
(ii) Has successfully completed training as specified by the Food Authority in a recognized institute or institution approved.

Age Limit:
- Minimum- 18 years
- Maximum-40 years
Relaxation (in Upper age limit):
- For SC/ ST/ OBC (Rajasthan Domicile) candidates- 05 years
- For Gen. /EWS female candidates- 05 years
- For SC/ ST/ OBC (Rajasthan Domicile) Female Candidates- 10 years

Steps To Fill RPSC RAS Application Form 2019:
- Open the official website of the Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) that is rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in
- After going to the home page go to the “News and Events” section and hit on “05/08/2019 - Advertisement No. 04/2019-20 for the Post of Food Safety Officer 2019” link.
- Notification details will be opened.
- Read the details and check eligibility norms.
- Now go to “Important Links” section and hit on apply online link.
- Fill the application form and upload the required documents.
- Pay the application fee and submit the form.
- Finally, submit the form and print a copy of the submitted form for future use.
