UGC CBSE NET (National Eligibility Test) Syllabus and Exam pattern is available here to download. Central Board of Secondary Education conducts the National Eligibility Test to determine eligibility for Lectureship and for the award of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF). Scheme of NET 2018
·         National Eligibility Test (November) 2018 will consist of two papers which include paper I and paper II.
·         All the papers will contain multiple choice questions (MCQ’s).
·         Examination is going to be held on July 08, 2018 (Sunday)
·         Pattern for the test such as number of questions, duration, marks are mentioned below in the table.
·         Paper-I shall consist of 50 objective type compulsory questions each carrying 2 marks.
·         Questions which will be of general nature, intended to assess the teaching/research aptitude of the candidate.
·         It will primarily be designed to test reasoning ability, comprehension, divergent thinking and general awareness of the candidate.
·         Paper-ll shall consist of 100 objective type compulsory questions each carrying 2 marks which will be based on the subject selected by the candidate.
