- After punching these details you will be logged in to the form where you need to enter a name, address, date of birth, age, gender information, mobile number, email address etc.

- Upload all related documents supporting your new information. Then click on confirm.
- As soon as all the information is updated, the update message will be sent to your mobile, which will contain the URN number.
