Essential Qualification:
For lawyers, attorneys or advocates-

1. Rule of Law and the Bombay High Court or its subordinate court, on February 1, 2019, a lawyer, attorney or attorney, for a minimum 3-year attorney's business experience.
2. Services to the post of the public prosecutor will be considered as a judicial business in Maharashtra.

For a new lecture Graduate-
Degree in law and have LLM Degree with 55% marks.

Age Limit:
For lawyers, attorneys or advocates-

• Minimum- 21 years
• Maximum-35 years

For a new lecture Graduate-

• Minimum- 21 years
• Maximum-25 years

Relaxation (in Upper age limit):
As per the rules

Written Examination and Interview

Pay Scale:
Rs. 27,700- 44,770 and all other additional benefits.

UR Category- Rs. 524/-
Reserve Category- Rs. 324/-
