Qualification
Details:
Applicants who will apply for the post of
District Judge must be a Practicing Advocate with at least 7 years as on
01-04-2017.
Age
Criteria:

Age should be below 45 years as
on the 1-04-2017.
·
Relaxation in age will be for
reserved category by 3 years
Salary
Details:
Earn good amount of salary Rs.51550/- per
month with allowances in the pay scale of Rs. 51550- Rs. 63070 for
District/Sessions Judge.

application fee in the favor of Registrar recruitment of high court of Andhra
Pradesh.

Syllabus:
Procedural
Laws - Civil and Criminal Laws and law of Evidence:
·
Law concerning tenancy including
land Reforms, ceiling land Acquisition Laws etc.
·
All state Laws.
Constitutional
law and Administrative law:
Substantive laws, such as transfer of
Property Act, Indian penal code, contract act, motor vehicles act, specific
Relief Act etc.
Laws
of inheritance, succession, marriage and Divorce:
Protection of civil Rights Act, 19955 and
the Scheduled castes and the scheduled tribes act, 1989.
Selection
Process:
·
Selection of the candidate will
be based on their performance in written exam, which consist paper 1 and paper
2.
·
Paper 1 will be multiple choice
questions for 20 marks and paper 2 will be subjective / narrative for 60 marks.
·
If candidate successfully
qualify the written exam, organization will be called for Interview/Viva which
will be for 20 marks.

reserved category like for OC 40%, BC 35% and ST 30%.
